I have been working as a real estate agent in Lignano Pineta since 1999, dividing myself between the rental of properties for tourist use and intermediation in sales.

Both of these areas require experience, energy and a lot of commitment to keep up with the rapid changes in the market and to navigate a fiscal and bureaucratic maze that requires continuous updating.

I believe that attention, respect and maximum transparency are the essential conditions for establishing a relationship of trust with your interlocutor, whether he is the owner who entrusts you with his home, or the tourist who is looking for holiday accommodation … and a small reality like mine allows you to always make them at their best!
